MANUFACTURING HEAD
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Head to lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant and ensure that production, quality, safety, inventory, equipment, and logistics work together efficiently.
This role works closely with department heads and top management to keep plant operations aligned with business objectives while continuously improving productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency .
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee overall manufacturing operations, including Production Planning, Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Logistics, and Quality Assurance.
Monitor production performance, review summary reports, and address process deviations.
Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Monitor inventory and stock movement to help ensure sufficient materials and finished goods are available when needed.
Monitor compliance with GMP and FSSC requirements and review corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with department heads, contractors, suppliers, clients, and top management to resolve operational concerns and keep plant objectives on track.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field .
Significant experience in plant or manufacturing operations , preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of production, warehouse, logistics, quality, and maintenance operations.
Experience leading and coordinating multiple departments or functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality management systems .
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
