Overview

Position Title: Visa Counselor & Admin – Student Pathway Services

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Groworx Global Office in Alabang, Muntinlupa

Job Summary

As a Visa Counselor for Student Pathway Services at Groworx Global, you will play a vital role in guiding Filipino students through the visa application process and ensuring their smooth transition to international education. You will manage documentation, compliance, and communication with students, education partners, and embassies—helping secure timely approvals and successful deployments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Visa Application Assistance
    • Assist students in accurately completing and submitting student visa applications for Australia, Canada, Spain, and other destinations.
    • Support students with GTE/SOP writing, financial documentation, and embassy interview preparation.
    • Track visa processing timelines and provide regular status updates to students.
  2. Counseling and Assessment
    • Conduct consultations to evaluate students’ academic profiles, goals, and visa eligibility.
    • Advise students on proper documentation requirements including bank statements, show money, health insurance, and Letters of Offer or COEs.
  3. Liaison and Coordination
    • Liaise with international schools, migration agents, and embassy contacts for application and visa follow-ups.
    • Coordinate directly with schools regarding tuition payments, ensuring timely confirmation of payments, receipts, and financial documentation needed for visa applications.
    • Provide students with accurate information on tuition deadlines and payment processes.
  4. Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure all visa processing follows the latest immigration guidelines and internal compliance standards.
    • Maintain secure and organized student files and CRM records with complete documentation and correspondence.
  5. Pre-Departure Support
    • Facilitate visa briefings and orientation sessions for approved students.
    • Prepare students for travel with document checklists, visa conditions, and ongoing assistance.
  6. Reporting and Process Improvement
    • Maintain visa application status reports and flag issues impacting approval timelines.
    • Provide feedback to improve internal systems and ensure a seamless experience for students.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in international education consultancy or visa processing preferred
  • Fresh graduates with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applications simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with visa portals (e.g., ImmiAccount, IRCC) and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Amenable to travel for Education Fairs
  • Amenable to work on weekends for Educational Fairs and other related events
Technical Requirements
  • Laptop: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (or higher) with at least 8GB RAM
  • Internet Connection (for remote work): Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection (LAN) for stable connectivity
  • Backup Internet: Mobile data or secondary ISP for backup in case of connectivity issues
  • Dual Monitors (Preferred): For enhanced productivity in managing multiple ad accounts and analytics
  • Noise-Canceling Headset: A high-quality headset for virtual meetings and collaboration
  • Webcam: A functional webcam for video meetings and presentations
  • Work Environment: A quiet and professional workspace for remote days, while being able to collaborate in the office as required
