Opportunity Overview As an Administrator, you play a crucial role in making sure that the system is updated to be able to invoice the customers in a timely manner. Ensuringaccurate and timely invoicing to customers. Performing bookkeeping tasks and settling transactions. Analyzing data upon request and resolving billing or invoice issues raised by internal teams or customers. Assisting with updates to the service price list using Excel and Word. Managing and updating service pricing in ERP systems and Salesforce, including issue resolution. Performing administrative tasks related to service product management. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Management Accounting, or a closely related field. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large data sets. A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, self-motivated, and results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong overall computer literacy.
