8th Mile Staffing and General Services Inc. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with an NC II Certificate to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with safety codes and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical works and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and safety regulations. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as multimeters. Replace or repair defective components and fixtures. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other tradespeople for project completion. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed. Adhere to company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE during work. Full details of the salary will be discussed during the interview. Qualifications NC II Certificate. Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; on-the-job training provided. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred. Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in technical tasks, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment. Working Conditions: May require standing for long periods, working in various environments. Qualities and Traits: Reliable, team-oriented, willing to learn, and strong communication skills.
