As a Field Sales Manager at YHM CITY LIGHTING CO LTD', you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving growth in key accounts across the Manila City Metro Manila region. This full-time position is crucial in achieving the company's ambitious sales targets and expanding its market share within the lighting solutions industry. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones Manage, coach and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and achieve individual and team sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings Ensure compliance with the company's sales policies, procedures and regulations. Responsibilities Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the lighting or related industry Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage with customers at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions Proficient in using sales automation and CRM tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Licensed to drive.
