The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial records. This position reports to the US finance team and works the night shift in the Philippines.

  • Maintain accounts receivable and collections, and follow up as necessary
  • Process new customer credit applications
  • Perform credit reviews for orders with credit issues
  • Process payments from customers
  • Make contact for short or delinquent payments
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits
  • Generate and distribute accounts receivable reports and statements
  • Support the finance team with data entry and clerical tasks as required
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus but not required
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
