Overview
IT End-User-Support Engineer role maintains smooth operation and deployment for end users, coordinating with other teams. Supports backend, enterprise and business operations and ensures concerns involving the team are handled within SLA.
Responsibilities- Handle related tickets from Jira Service Desk and provide technical support via phone, remote, or in-person (remote office) for IT hardware, software, O365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and networking.
- User account management via Active Directory, IDM, CyberArk, and MobileIron (as applicable).
- Address IT service requests such as IT equipment installation, configuration, and software installation.
- Assist in problem management and troubleshooting to drive cost savings and reduce recurring tickets.
- Participate in projects such as mass deployments of applications and OS upgrades and other tasks involving IT End-User Support teams.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for support and assistance as necessary.
- Conduct daily health checks in meeting rooms to ensure equipment is operational.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mobile, Tablet, and Windows support.
- Advanced skills in supporting Office365, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Advanced skills in supporting Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Advanced skills in supporting Windows OS.
- Advanced skills in Network Troubleshooting.
- Advanced experience in Account Management.
- Expertise in supporting Computer Hardware and peripherals.
- ITIL Certified.
- Microsoft Certification.
- CCNA or other related Certification.
- PowerShell / Batch Scripting.
