Role

The role will headour SAP delivery operations in the Philippines. This strategic role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM), proven experience in leading multi-module teams, and the ability to drive delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and practice growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can shape the future of SAP implementations through innovation, talent development, and strategic client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead theSAP offering in the delivery center in the Philippines, overseeing multi-module teams across Finance, SCM, HCM, Technology and other SAP domains.
  • Define and execute theSAP practice strategy , aligned with global Powered Enterprise methodologies and client transformation goals.
  • Driveend-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations , ensuring quality, timeliness, and business value.
  • Providethought leadership on SAP innovations includingRISE with SAP ,GROW with SAP ,SAP BTP , andSAP Analytics Cloud .
  • Mentor and develop SAP consultants across levels, fostering a high-performance culture and career growth.
  • Collaborate with global teams forsolutioning ,pre-sales , andproposal development .
  • Ensure compliance with delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Represent the SAP practice in leadership forums, client reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 16+ years of experience inSAP Finance (FI/CO) orSAP SCM (MM/SD/PP) , with at least4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations .
  • Proven experience inleading multi-module SAP teams and managing large-scale delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of:
  1. SAP Activate methodology
  2. Cloud deployment models
  3. SAP BTP and integration architecture
  4. Finance or Supply Chain transformation frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in aglobal delivery model and manage cross-border teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification in Finance or SCM.
  • Experience inLife Sciences ,Consumer Products , or Manufacturing industries .
  • Exposure toSAP Central Finance ,Group Reporting , orIBP is a plus.
  • Familiarity withagile delivery ,DevOps , anddigital transformation accelerators .
