Role Overview: The Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with PlayTime’s brand identity, campaign goals, and event coverage needs. This role requires strong technical expertise in video production, creativity in storytelling, and the ability to deliver engaging content within deadlines while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Production

  • Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit video materials for campaigns, promotions, social media, and internal use.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with PlayTime’s brand guidelines (visual style, tone, and messaging).
  • Deliver high-quality videos with minimal revisions and achieve a 90%+ approval rate from stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines to ensure 100% of video projects are delivered on or before deadlines.

Event & Livestream Coverage

  • Cover assigned company events, campaigns, and livestreams, ensuring complete footage (B-roll, highlights, interviews, and coverage of key moments).
  • Maintain at least 95% technical quality in raw footage (lighting, audio, framing, stability).
  • Produce highlight reels and event recap videos within 48 hours after event completion.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and events team to align video content with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas for video content.
  • Stay updated on video production trends and propose innovative formats to increase audience engagement.

Technical & Equipment Management

  • Operate, maintain, and organize video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear, stabilizers, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and livestreams to ensure seamless coverage.
  • Archive and manage video assets systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
