Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) – IVF Doctor Apprentice

We are expanding our medical team and looking for a qualified OB‑GYN who aspires to specialize in reproductive medicine and in‑vitro fertilization (IVF). This is a unique opportunity for a licensed and board‑certified OB‑GYN to undergo a structured apprenticeship program, with all training fully, completely supported and covered by the company. Role Overview The selected OB‑GYN will serve as an IVF Apprentice Doctor, undergoing intensive training in assisted reproductive technologies and IVF procedures. Upon successful completion and meeting qualifications, the candidate will have the opportunity to advance as a Secondary IVF Doctor within our team. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality obstetrics and gynecology consultations and patient care. Participate actively in all IVF training programs, seminars, and hands‑on learning sessions. Assist senior IVF specialists in patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to deliver comprehensive fertility care. Transition into the role of Secondary IVF Doctor upon meeting performance and training requirements. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine degree with completed OB‑GYN residency. Valid PRC license and good professional standing. Strong interest in reproductive medicine and IVF specialization. Willingness to commit to intensive training and apprenticeship. Excellent patient‑care skills, professionalism, and collaborative mindset. Previous experience with fertility or reproductive health is an advantage, but not required.
