You will partner with forward-thinking organizations, including leading Silicon Valley companies, to architect and build next-generation software systems that leverage large language models, autonomous agents, and data-driven intelligence. This is a strategic yet hands-on engineering role: you will embed with client teams to deliver impactful AI-driven platforms and bring those insights back to strengthen Stratpoint’s engineering capabilities. As you partner externally, you’ll also mentor senior engineers internally, sharing industry learnings and shaping Stratpoint’s long-term engineering strategy. Your influence spans delivery teams, platform owners, and strategic business units, keeping our technical direction future-ready and aligned with client realities. Your Responsibilities Architect and build software platforms where AI models and autonomous agents are primary features. Work directly with clients, including Silicon Valley companies, to design, implement, and scale AI-driven software solutions. Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-enabled features with internal teams and client stakeholders. Design and implement scalable software architectures that integrate and operationalize AI services, large language models, and multi-agent frameworks. Provide technical guidance on incorporating AI capabilities into production-grade software systems. Communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, from engineering teams to executive leadership. Translate client and industry insights into improvements for Stratpoint’s engineering practices and platforms. Mentor and develop senior technical talent, fostering a culture of deep technical learning and innovation. Lead internal R&D initiatives and guide strategic technology investments informed by field experience. Contribute to major initiatives such as competency assessments and representing Stratpoint at industry forums. About You You are/have: Proven experience building scalable, fault-tolerant systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP). Strong DevOps and operational excellence practices for high availability and continuous delivery. Expertise in integrating AI/ML technologies, such as LLMs, agentic AI, or data-driven platforms, into real-world systems. Ability to mentor engineers, champion high-quality code, and lead technical strategy through hands-on contribution. Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business perspectives. Nice to Have Experience taking products from 0→1 (concept to launch) and scaling them from 1→100 (growth and maturity). External recognition such as patents, publications, open-source leadership, or speaking engagements Involvement in client-facing strategic initiatives such as replatforming or technology partnerships.
