Job Description Develop Financial Strategy - Drive capital planning, advise on M&A, and lead integration of acquisitions to support aggressive growth. Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and profitability across multiple markets using KPIs and data‑driven insights. Optimize ERP and automate processes across finance, HR, and service delivery for scalability. Deliver accurate financial reports, manage audits, and maintain strong internal controls. Team leadership and management. The Successful Applicant At least 10 years experience as a finance leader in the services industry; multi‑field service industry experience is a plus.
