What You'll do Manage and resolve assigned support tickets efficiently and accurately. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot modules such as: BTP: Upgrade, Internet Communication Manager & Web Dispatcher, Memory Management & RFC Gateway, Cloud Platform Integration, Change and Transport System (CTS) Solution Manager: Implementation support Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to handle escalations or continuous improvements.
