We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on transactional bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly operate across both high-level financial analysis and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning
- Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst , with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Fully fluent in English
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
