We are hiring Travel Agents with GDS Experience to work in Bridgetown -Quezon City Earn up to 26k pay Job Responsibilities: -Use GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book and manage flights, accommodations, and travel itineraries. -Provide clients with accurate information on destinations, travel routes, rates, and schedules. -Handle rebooking, cancellations, and modifications as requested by clients. -Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client preferences. -Issue tickets, invoices, and travel documents accurately and on time. -Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies. -Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving travel-related issues promptly. -Upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services when appropriate. -Maintain client records and manage follow-ups for repeat business.
