On-site - Pasig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description General Duties & Responsibilities: Perform canvassing of vehicle purchases from reputable suppliers Monitor requisition and ensure timely delivery of vehicular acquisition orders from suppliers Perform the inspection of new motor vehicle acquisitions, observing good performance standards Manage and monitor fleet fuel consumption in the fleet cards, review the process of fuel requisitions, and implement approved controls to prevent fuel pilferage and other anomalous transactions Analyze records on consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other costs, then come up with proposals for cost-effective measures Outsource and negotiate with accredited suppliers for the repair and maintenance of vehicles Process the requests and facilitate payment for vehicle repairs, parts replacement, and automotive tools Process suppliers to become accredited service centers for company vehicles and perform periodic evaluation of services rendered by suppliers Create/propose a preventive maintenance schedule for all vehicles, including the forklift, and ensure implementation Canvass minimal insurance premiums from reputable insurance companies, and make sure all company vehicles are covered Monitor the renewal dates of vehicle insurances and registration, avoiding penalties on late registration Perform the administrative work for vehicular accidents and traffic infractions of drivers and facilitate incident reports as necessary Perform drive tests on driver applicants of HRD, as authorized Assure timely requisition delivery of orders (tools, equipment, and spare parts) to maintain high levels of reliability and customer satisfaction Outsource suppliers, contractors, and dealers for repair and maintenance of facilities and new facility acquisitions (i.e., CCTV cameras, telephones, etc.) Monitor daily all hardware installed in the vehicle (e.g., GPS, dashcam, etc.) and submit reports when necessary Monitor and supervise the construction and other related works in the company building Perform other assigned tasks from time to time Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent professional experience, preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering (licensed or non-licensed) With at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field Must possess a Professional Driver's License Must be willing to travel Skills/Experience: Excellent written and oral communication Proficiency in MS Office applications Strong attention to detail and must be result-oriented Can execute tasks with minimal supervision Mellany AbreaActing HR Manager - RecruitmentAguila Auto Glass #J-18808-Ljbffr
