Plan, organize, and supervise farming and agricultural project activities, including land preparation, planting, cultivation, and harvesting.

Coordinate with LGUs, farmers' associations, and cooperatives for permits, technical support, and community engagement.

Conduct field monitoring and evaluation of project progress, preparing reports and recommendations.

Assist in developing training programs for farmers on modern, sustainable, and climate-smart farming practices.

Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements.

Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to align goals and resolve issues.

Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned for reporting and knowledge-sharing.
