Overview Experienced Video Editor – TikTok & Facebook Ads (E-commerce Projects) for Emma of Torre.ai. This is a full-time remote role with Dev Logistics EOOD. You’ll craft scroll-stopping video ads that drive global e-commerce growth. Compensation: USD 800 - 1.5K/month + bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation) Location: Remote (anywhere) About the Company We are a dynamic performance marketing team that builds and scales e-commerce projects across Europe. Our team includes specialists in creatives, media buying, design, and analytics — and we are looking for a video editor who can help turn ideas into powerful ad creatives for TikTok and Meta. Mission of the Role To create high-converting video content for advertising campaigns that combines creativity, marketing strategy, and technical precision. As a video editor, you’ll transform the team’s ideas into scroll-stopping ad creatives that capture attention and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form ad videos for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok based on raw footage, scripts, and voiceovers. Select the right clips to match the voiceover and craft persuasive ad stories. Adapt videos to multiple formats — 1:1 (feed) and 9:16 (Reels/Stories). Ensure all videos comply with ad platform moderation policies. Deliver project source files for localization and adaptation. Requirements 2+ years of experience editing video ads for social media (Meta, TikTok, Instagram). Strong understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, retention, conversion). Portfolio required — applications without samples will not be considered. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Camtasia Studio, or equivalent tools. Level: Middle or Senior (we do not consider beginners). Nice to Have Experience with AI tools for video editing and generation (Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.).
