On-site - Makati 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Employee Recognition and Rewards Performance Bonus Government Mandated Benefits Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or any related field 5 years of experience in Market Research Experience from a research company is a plus Proven market research analysis with experience in statistical data analysis and interview techniques Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.) Good interpersonal skills with strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking with creative and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret large amounts of data, multitask, and meet deadlines Ability to motivate and empower the research team Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Must be flexible to work extended and weekend hours Role Purpose / Job Summary: Collect data on customers, competitors, industry, market location, and situation, and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations Identify market and sales trends, provide analysis, and make recommendations for product and service improvements Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences Research and compile data related to current product markets, customer demographics and interests, and factors influencing product demand; analyze results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional collection methods Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls Perform valid and reliable market research and SWOT analysis Identify potential new products or markets through research Forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing and business models, sales, and methods of operation Summarize and analyze data; make recommendations based on research findings Report findings with graphs illustrating data and written explanations of complex findings Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure accuracy and completeness Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ research, and implement best practices Additional Benefits SSS, HDMF, PHIC 15 vacation leaves and 15 sick leaves per annum (6 SL after six months of continuous employment) Life insurance upon hiring HMO upon regularization #J-18808-Ljbffr
