Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for Colliers, a leading global real estate services company. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports. Gathering data using primary and secondary methods, including fieldwork and interviews. Managing and regularly updating databases. Analyzing market patterns and trends using quantitative and qualitative approaches. Assisting in the preparation of reports such as macroeconomic analysis and market studies. Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in market research, consultancy, or real estate development. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications. Knowledge of Power BI, GIS, AutoCAD is an advantage but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and interpret data. Awareness of the latest news and current events.
