Overview

Join Nasdaq as a Client Service Analyst based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid work model (at least 2 in-office days per week).

What You Will Do
  • Nasdaq eVestment, a leading fintech firm, seeks an Analyst to support our global client base for Analytics and data-driven solutions. Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling. The role involves both basic support and complex analysis, serving investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners.
  • New hires undergo a comprehensive 12-week onboarding program, learning the eVestment Analytics platform, client landscape, and essential tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
  • Provide first-line client service through multiple channels (phone, live chat, email, and Zoom).
  • Contribute to improvement projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancement.
  • Conduct client training sessions and create educational content.
What We Expect
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization.
  • Previous experience in Salesforce for case management is preferred.
  • Previous experience working the US shift preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Good understanding of financial services is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Amenable to working EMEA shift (3:30PM-12:30AM), and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq Manila office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
