Your responsibilities Writing user manuals, release notes documents, scripts, newsletter articles, and other related internal documents. Researching available product information and coordinating with subject matter experts. Testing the technical features of the software and determining the best user-friendly instructions to use. Ensuring that a document’s final draft complies with the team’s established guidelines and specifications. Applies appropriate levels of editorial treatment to existing documents. Meeting deadlines accordingly. Training & development They handle the training for new hires, tenured employees, and clients while producing training materials in-house for further guidance. Their on-site trainers handle new hires and provide refresher and up-skill courses for tenured employees, while their online training specialists educate clients on how to use their products and services.
