Responsibilities include providing advice to simplify and structure global and cross‑border operations, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and conducting financial benchmarking studies. Your role involves addressing compliance needs, providing audit defence solutions, and assisting in negotiating and concluding agreements with tax authorities on transfer pricing issues. Your role as a leader Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others. Respect the needs of their colleagues and build up cooperative relationships. Understand the goals of our internal and external stakeholders to set personal priorities as well as align their teams’ work to achieve the objectives. Constantly challenge themselves, collaborate with others to deliver on tasks and take accountability for the results. Understand disruptive trends and promote potential opportunities for improvement. Requirements At least 2‑4 years of transfer pricing experience preferably with an international accounting firm. The position offered will commensurate with the years of experience. Bachelor degree in Accountancy or Economics with strong skills in financial or statistical analysis and modeling. An SCTP accreditation would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and passion to deliver quality work.
