Using clinical reasoning, judgment, and expertise, you provide care and deliver an action plan to help clients do what they love, longer. What You3ll Do Deliver high-quality care to every client that walks through our door Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients do what they love, longer Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided from within the organization as well as external resources Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow You Are Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college Have the appropriate liability insurance Put your clients\' needs first, demonstrated through behaviors such as cross-referring clients when appropriate, following up after appointments, and coordinating with clients\' schedules An advocate of your own growth and development and eager to learn from leadership and fellow clinicians Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting client care and performance accordingly A team player who cares about the development of the entire team Contribute to clinic culture through mentoring students, flexibly covering shifts, participating in events and workshops Collaborative in nature and partner closely with the clinic Front Desk team A strong communicator who understands the importance of a positive customer service experience Working at Myo 1:1 care with every client Onboarding like no other: a 90 day plan to ensure you are set up for success At least 2 in-clinic mentors dedicated to your personal growth and development Structured mentorship program and regular clinical workshops in a collaborative team environment Motivated client base dedicated to moving and feeling their best beyond pain Leadership opportunities through Development programs and chances to lead workshops Culture of Growth: part of a growing team expanding within Vancouver and into new markets What We Offer Competitive compensation with a fee split + annual $1000 Continuing Education Reimbursement + referral bonuses Financial stability through a structured monthly stipend for the first three months to ease transition into building a caseload Performance-based recognition including a pathway to higher pricing reflecting growth and impact Clear career pathways to Lead Clinician, Clinic Director, or Regional Director, supported by mentorship and development programs Employee wellness: complimentary, paid staff treatment sessions and employer-paid mental health support Pet insurance and access to partnerships with top-tier brands Join Our Talent Pool We are building a vibrant community of passionate clinicians committed to making movement a daily habit.
