Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports , including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting , and cost control activities to ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee AP and AR processes , ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts , including bank, supplier, and customer balances.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior finance staff.
• Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc financial analysis and business reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, AP/AR processes , and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Tamiya, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu .
