Comfac Corporation is looking for: Mechanical Design Engineer
JOB SPECIFICATION:

Designed, estimate for HVAC, fresh AIR, Exhaust, smoke extraction,FM200,Fire protection and other Mechanical related works
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Attends pre-bidding and bidding conferences and other meetings that would clarify issued documents or concerns regarding a proposed project.
Conducts Actual Site survey for the proposed mechanical installation requirements upon acceptance of Request For Action (RFA) form from Sales Group or other concerned departments.
Makes a design/schematic diagram of the proposed mechanical requirements.
Estimates the cost of implementing the proposed mechanical system requirements using local and imported materials.
Makes the detailed scope of works for the proposed project that would include clarification or extent of works involved, considering site survey/s conducted and discussion/s or coordination/s made with the owner or his authorized representative.
Interfaces with outsides vendors for equipment/components selection and installation.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports in generating design concept.
Confer with other design team and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve design conflict, and provide technical information.
Research and analyze customer design proposal, specification, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirement of designs or applications.
Specify system components/equipment to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specification.
Coordinates with the AutoCAD Operator in the preparation of detailed shop drawing and plans for a won project under the responsibility and turn-over accordingly to Project implementation Department’s representative.
Supervises the AutoCAD Operators in generating “as-build” plans for the projects implemented and occasionally perform the task in the absence of the AutoCAD Operator.
Performs other official task as may be assigned from the time to time.
