Who we areBrivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for a self-starting Lead Generation Specialist to advocate for our client’s business through lead generation and management. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, an insatiable appetite for growth, and excellent conversational skills in English.
What is expected of you- Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including lead generation and database management.
- Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
- Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
- Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
- Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
- Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
- Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
- Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
- A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.

- Brivity Bootcamp | A two-week program that covers our platform, Brivity, and assesses your ability to apply knowledge in a simulated real estate environment. You must pass all assessments.
- Client Match | While in Brivity Bootcamp, you may meet potential clients. The goal is to get you matched to a client as soon as possible.

Salary: Up to Php 67,500 per month depending on skill/experience
