  • Analyze data using Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service within a contact center setting .
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with Microsoft SQL, Access, and Power BI .
