Responsibilities Demonstrated knowledge and understanding about pay slips & financial reports is required. Proven experience in the Australian Mortgage Broking Landscape is essential. Proficiency with Lender Processes is a must. Understanding the key factors that lenders consider when evaluating mortgage applications is crucial. Ability to analyze and evaluate mortgage applications effectively is necessary. Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints in the mortgage broker industry is important. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage brokering or related field Strong understanding of financial products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with mortgage lending regulations and procedures Ability to analyze financial data and provide suitable mortgage solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in using mortgage brokering software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Mortgage Broker License) preferred Tools and Software Experience working with PAYG employees Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Mercury CRM Ability to work effectively as a self-employed individual Technical Requirements Equipment is self-provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps Dual Monitor Benefits of Contracting with Wingman Discretionary Bonus – not a 13th month pay, entirely subject to company discretion.
