We help Americans unlock wealth and free themselves from the corporate day-to-day grind through acquisition. As a rapidly growing firm, we're looking for a Deal Analyst to join our lean, remote team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of deals after an LOI has been signed. You'll serve as the key facilitator between all stakeholders—our buying partners, brokers, lenders, due diligence providers, and internal teams—to push deals forward from LOI to Closing. What You’ll Do Own the deal execution process – Ensure all aspects of a deal move smoothly, keeping communication clear and documentation precise. Support LOI Stage – Support in collecting, preparing, and reviewing key deal documents such as LOIs, IOIs, and financial models. Ensure process adherence – Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and accuracy in deal execution. Support deal closing – Work alongside the Deal Execution Manager to drive deals through lender approvals, underwriting, purchase agreements, and closing. You Must Have Experience managing M&A transactions or working in a deal execution role (Investment Banking, PE, M&A, Lending, etc.). Strong ability to organize and track multiple deals simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing stakeholders. A problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks in deal flow. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment. You Should Have 2+ years of experience in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, lending, etc.). Familiarity with SBA lending, deal structuring, or financial modeling. Excellent verbal and written skills A self‑starter mindset—always looking to improve efficiency and processes. Excellent attention to detail and quality control in documentation.
