Job Overview The Legal Strategist 2 is primarily responsible for supervising team members regarding Legal Admin tasks, quality control, and training. The Legal Strategist 2 also consistently completes the tasks assigned. This position requires skills in organizing, attention to detail, efficiency, and effective time management. The Legal Strategist 2 should also perform routine duties independently in accordance with established general policies and procedures requiring regular interpretation. He/she will also be responsible for sound judgment, thoroughness, and competence, where failure to perform effectively and efficiently can seriously impact the outcome of clients' cases. Responsibilities Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members, department management, andcompany executives.• Collaborate with other team leaders to organize appropriate phone coverage.• Assist department management and HR with attendance tracking.• Complete weekly task reviews on key performance indicators as assigned by departmentmanagement.• Provide constructive feedback regarding errors.• Effectively answer questions from team members promptly.• Actively acknowledge effective and outstanding work completed by team members.• Assist team members in creating and tracking goals to improve accuracy.• Provide verbal and written information regarding errors as indicated.• Prepare performance improvement plans, as necessary.• Ensure that team members are receiving continued training and assist with training procedures.• Facilitate a positive work environment.• Directly and personally resolve issues and conflicts with team members.• Facilitate meetings and encourage camaraderie between team members.• Report incidents of harassment, dishonesty, or insubordination immediately.• Assist operations with on-site concerns and administration tasks such as Head Count, Attendancemonitoring, and approval of punches in the payroll system.• Assist with generating reports as needed by operations to address concerns and improveperformance. Qualifications Technical• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Legal Admin at Outreach Legal.• Open for internal team members only. - Consistent quality and productivity in the current role with no IRs or disciplinary penalties.• Leadership experience is a plus• Should be able to handle and manage a team of up to 10-15 Team Members.• Must be familiar and competent with standard office equipment including personal computer anddatabase software.• Must be familiar and competent with company specialty software systems and procedures.• Must be able to work independently and balance task responsibilities in a customer service setting.Physical• Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, forextended periods.• Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.• Ability to communicate orally excellently.Other• Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously.• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, and sometimes irate, individuals and respond calmlyand efficiently to situations ranging from routine to urgent.• Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once and to work positively and effectivelywithin a team and as self-directed.• Attention to detail and accuracy.
