Requirements & Job Descriptions:

Minimum 3 years' experience in handling solely Air Export Operations

Know to handle air export enquiries and quotations

Once the shipment is confirmed, coordination with the shipper on below details

  • Coordination with trucker and shipper
  • Cargo delivery to agents' warehouse and airlines
  • generation of MAWB/HAWB
  • Booking with carrier for ETD/ETA
  • Sending complete Pre-alert to agent
  • Communication with destination agent on updates of status of shipment
  • Raising invoice to customers

Experience in DG and spot rates shipments

Experience in handling USA shipments
