Your role Resolving escalated customer issues related to trust & safety and conflicts between users. Investigating and assessing insurance claims and damage reports. Building and optimizing processes for resolving issues related to trust & safety, account eligibility, and Airtasker’s Community Guidelines. Providing technical guidance and coaching to AirSupport and other Airtasker teams on trust & safety and account eligibility, including training and feedback. Providing education to users on how to use the Airtasker platform safely and responsibly. Contributing to the high standard for how AirSupport works by helping train new AirSupport members. Non‑negotiables What You Need: Strong understanding of how to handle insurance claims, including investigation, review, assessment, and settlement. Knowledge of customer support best practices, tooling, and relevant metrics. High‑level understanding of regulatory and legal framework related to a services marketplace. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and project management skills. Strong quantitative skills and the ability to collect and analyze evidence to assess damage reports and settlement figures. Exceptional knowledge in queue management and leadership.
