Overview

The position is primarily responsible for business results and operations of the designated region. The Regional Sales Head shall provide strategic direction for cost efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of personnel in areas within the assigned region, to attain optimum operations efficiency and profits. The position will also monitor region-wide branch operations and liaise with support units as needed, in order to create sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Area branch banking operations, internal controls, business development, and sales strategy experiences are required
  • Supports Branch Sales Head in setting overall targets and strategies of channel, in line with corporate goals and objectives
  • Allocates the regional targets and implements approved strategies among the areas in the assigned region
  • Cascades corporate goals, approved strategies and operating plans to Area Heads for commitment and implementation
  • Oversees and monitors the region's overall performance relative to sales plans, targets, forecasts, inclusive of channel optimization and strategy modification
  • Conducts periodic review of sales reports (service quality, sales volume, profit level) to compare the sales performance among the areas within the region; modifies operating plans as needed
  • Management Leadership and Product Sales and Support
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four year course, preferably with Master’s Degree units
  • At least ten (10) ten years work experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Flexible and open to assignments or relocation anywhere in the Philippines.
