● Vendor Management:
○ Identify and evaluate suppliers and other necessary materials.
○ Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery, and
quality of goods.
○ Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
● Inventory Management:
○ Monitor inventory levels of critical supplies machine parts, and other
consumables.
○ Implement efficient inventory management practices to ensure there’s no
overstocking or stockouts.
○ Schedule regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory with records.
● Budget Management:
○ Develop and manage the procurement budget.
○ Monitor spending against budget and report on variances.
○ Seek ways to reduce costs through strategic purchasing and efficient use of
resources.
● Compliance and Quality Control:
○ Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
○ Implement quality control measures to ensure supplies meet required standards.
○ Handle issues related to supply quality with vendors to ensure resolution.
● Contract Management:
○ Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers.
○ Ensure that all contracts are clear on deliverables, timelines, and penalties for
non-compliance.
● Reporting and Analytics:
○ Prepare and present regular reports on procurement metrics, performance
against goals, and opportunities for improvement.
○ Use data analytics to improve procurement strategies and outcomes.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or
related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
Can speak and write in Mandarin.
● Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on
strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
● Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify
trends, and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build
and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
● Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory
requirements.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
● Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
