Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining POS Point of Sale terminals and its peripherals and diagnosing, researching and troubleshooting other technical issues related herewith. Moreover he is expected to directly interact and communicate with the merchants and/or clients related to problems concerning POS terminals.
