Pay and Benefits Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive Comprehensive health, life insurance, and well‑being benefits based on location Pension / Retirement benefits Paid Time Off, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence to support your well‑being Flexible/hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day unique to each team or employee) Impact You Will Have As a member of the Client Connectivity Services team, you will be responsible for connecting clients to DTCC to automate data transfer via defined protocols and network options, configuring data delivery for DTCC products, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will execute routine and complex tasks and deliver an excellent client experience throughout the client lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities Gather and validate required data from clients to establish connection to DTCC’s network and support lifecycle changes Work with internal teams to implement relevant network and authentication configurations Perform data delivery configurations with strict adherence to procedures Navigate internal stakeholders to resolve client queries with little or no supervision Manage client expectations in accordance with defined turnaround times Monitor and track all client queries received using client case management tools, adhering to Salesforce case management requirements Support client queries via email and phone Support dedicated line migration efforts across different protocols and business lines Troubleshoot internal alerts and resolve issues accordingly Accurately document work performed using the Knowledge Centered Service methodology Provide support over weekends and public holidays as required Assist managers in building training materials and conducting training sessions Assist more junior team members in resolving client issues Minimize risk by following established policies and procedures, escalating issues, and supporting positive relationships with key internal/external clients and partners Assist managers in ensuring that SOPs are complete and up to date Drive department projects, organize personal and team capacity, and work to meet department/squad objectives and goals Contribute to the development of new strategies Align risk and control processes with day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalated appropriately Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Well organized, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify process risks and “red flags” Broad knowledge of transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct – NDM, and computing systems including Linux/Unix and IBM Mainframe Good understanding of IT networking The role will initially follow the US shift schedule.
