Overview

Energy Designer (Up to ₱100K Base + WFH Setup + FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | WFH | Night Shift (12 AM–9 AM PH Time)

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for innovative building projects.
  • Prepare energy compliance reports (COMcheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Energy Gauge, Seattle/Washington State, and ASHRAE forms).
  • Coordinate with clients, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to ensure alignment with green building goals.
  • Prepare documentation for LEED and WELL projects.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.

The Role at a Glance
  • Compensation: Up to ₱100,000 Base
  • Schedule: Night Shift (12 AM–9 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: WFH (5 days WFH)
  • Reports to: Energy Compliance Manager
Qualifications
  • Experience: You have two or more years of energy design experience with an MEP/FP engineering consultant.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with energy calculations and the ability to obtain LEED BD+C or ID+C credentials.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360, with knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on efficiency.
