Job Summary

-Review, develop, and implement department procedures, programs, and policies.

-Create, communicate, deliver, and evaluate product offerings that provide value to the target market.

-Coordinate with marketing, design, project management, finance, and sales departments to align with business goals.

-Manage inventory and project documentation, including permits, licenses, project titling, and title transfer.

Principal Duties

-Oversee inventory and product management, project documentation, and titling processes.

-Plan, direct, and coordinate all department activities.

-Develop and analyze new product offerings; determine prices, payment terms, and promotions.

-Conduct market research and feasibility studies; recommend new project concepts or developments.

-Profile and analyze competitors; assess current projects and products.

-Evaluate product, project, or business performance against feasibility studies and plans.

-Monitor the status of all project documentation and titling; ensure timely acquisition of clearances, permits, licenses, and titles.

-Negotiate with government agencies regarding project development, documentation, and titling.

-Stay updated on government policies, procedures, rulings, and guidelines related to project documentation and titling; ensure compliance.

-Review department processes and performance.

-Handle department resource planning, including manpower, processes, vehicles, and equipment.

-Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Specifications

-Education: Graduate of a business-related course; an MBA is an advantage.

-Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Project Development and at least 1 year in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, Permits, and Titling.

Competencies:

-Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

-Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

-Willingness to travel; driving skills are preferred.
