RELXQuezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Title Sr. Marketing Supervisor at RELX Responsibilities Oversee, mentor, and develop a pool of marketing experts in LNNA Small Law Segment. Execute employee performance management, training & development, and reporting. Manage and deliver multiple initiatives and projects on time and within budget. Monitor capacity of production team via project management tool. Provide narrative and marketing insights for all ongoing LNNA campaigns. Support the Business Unit and Director of Segment Marketing on creative concept development and launch, including email, newsletters, journals, direct mail, literature, white paper, articles, case studies, webinars, e‑billboard, web pages, Ceros Pages, and registration/landing pages. Leverage existing tools and reports to track marketing effectiveness versus objectives. Assist in developing monthly executive reports, financial and customer analysis, and quarterly marketing dashboards. Communicate plans clearly to stakeholders. Execute special projects and assignments as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders and Operations Manager on planning, implementation, and problem solving. Initiate and execute process improvements for the business. All other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Assist the manager in achieving operational efficiency, business maturity, leadership culture, customer experience, and branding objectives. Ensure the services provided by the team meet or exceed targets for quality, efficiency, and cost‑effective performance. Provide second‑level handling of escalations related to operational or functional issues. Lead and implement process improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma). Support compliance with established processes. Achieve or exceed baseline target of team deliverables per business unit. Manage tools and resources such as hardware, software, and materials of employees. Utilize best practices in tools automation, process improvement, and documentation. Receive, review, monitor, and manage workload and assignments of the team. Mentor, coach, train, and document processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder. 3–5 years of experience in campaign management or marketing‑focused roles. Demonstrated ability to handle marketers and execute marketing across two or more channels from start to finish. In‑depth understanding of business processes and operations, and business acumen for external hires. Project management skills and task traffic coordination (basic to advanced). Experience with A/B testing. Knowledge of Monday.com and Pardot is a plus.
