  • Strong knowledge of prenatal, postnatal, and neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
