    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Developing Organizational Financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
    • High-level financial reporting and analysis
    • Regular budget consolidation
    • Cash flow management
    • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
    • Stakeholder management, Debt management and collection
    • Supervising and reviewing accounting practices to ensure accuracy and compliance standards
    • Improving efficiency and profitability through cost reduction and process improvements
    • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaborating with management to share reports and analysis findings

    Requirements

    • Accounting MBA or a CPA license; 5+ years as Business/Accounting Analyst
    • Knowledge of KPI metrics, performance evaluation, and industry-specific experience (remodeling/roofing operations)
    • Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, CRM software; ability to organize financial data and analyze costs
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience in cost, inventory, PO management, invoices, and financial reporting

    Compensation

    • From Php50,000.00 per month
    • Starting $5-7/hour depending on skills & qualifications
    • Permanent Work from home; Full-time employment

    Job Description

    Overview This is a remote, permanent role in a merchant operations support and customer service context for a global payment solutions platform. You will provide high-quality service to merchants before, during, and after onboarding, and assist with product and service requests.

    Key responsibilities

    • Log and manage work requests from merchants
    • Set up and configure new merchant accounts; maintain existing accounts
    • Handle chargebacks and dispute processing within defined timeframes
    • Respond to merchant/partner requests within service levels
    • Provide first-level operational support via phone and email; escalate as needed
    • Document problem resolution with key stakeholders
    • Report, follow up, and escalate merchant issues to minimize disruption
    • Provide consultative service to meet merchant and company objectives
    • Stay up to date with product/service enhancements and system updates

    Requirements

    • 2-3+ years in Customer Service & Technical Support in payments ecosystem (fintech/payment processors)
    • Familiarity with payments terminology and merchant acquiring processes
    • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Deskpro or SharePoint is advantageous

    Compensation

    • Base rate: $8 AUD per hour; 40 hours per week
    • Ready for October 2025 start
