Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Secretary to support the administrative and operational functions of the office. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, preparing correspondence, organizing documents, and providing general office support. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong understanding of office management procedures.

Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Experience with handling office correspondence, scheduling, and file management.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
