US Financial Analyst

Overview Financial Analyst role with responsibilities in processing financial support requests, auditing and updating client funding, generating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial processes. Onsite and night shift may be required. Responsibilities Process financial support requests and manage financial projects for existing business Audit and update participant payrolls and other financial adjustments Audit and update client funding; post client funding; update client funding bank accounts Process client funding adjustments, receivables or payables Review client funding for on- or off-hold status Create and email financial reports related to client funding Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor/Management Ensure compliance with financial processes and maintain controls around financials Perform duties related to delinquent funding review Provide input and feedback to processes and opportunities for improvement Work with Management to create procedures around processes Position Competencies Strong oral and written communication Problem solving and proactive thinking Analytical thinking and data analysis Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel Qualifications (Education/Certifications/Experience) Associates Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years in a professional office environment Willingness to work onsite and night shift Core Competencies Adaptability and openness to change Initiative and accountability Results focus and reliability Customer focus and relationship building Ethics and integrity Decision making with data and stakeholder input Teamwork and collaboration Interpersonal skills and diplomacy Attention to detail and work quality Job knowledge and continuous learning Communication and information sharing Innovation and creative problem solving Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance Sales (related to role) Industries Internet Publishing #J-18808-Ljbffr
