Restaurant Manager

Overview The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of the store business objectives such as Sales and Profitability targets, customer satisfaction & Food, Safety and Cleanliness standards; People Management and Development; and Stores adherence to operating systems and standards and compliance with all government requirements. Responsibilities Develop and achieve store business objectives including Sales and Profitability targets, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Food Safety, Safety and Cleanliness standards. Manage people: coaching, developing, and supervising a team. Ensure adherence to operating systems, standards, and government regulations. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration, or any Business-Related course Three to four (3-4) years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry (retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant, among others) Demonstrates strong customer management orientation and the ability to make decisions to meet customer needs People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team Knowledge of basic store operations with the ability to assess operational improvements, ensure compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability Must be willing to work in Batangas We are hiring in all regions of the Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
