They provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist in implementing new technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). At least 1 year experience in IT support, system administration, or network management. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
