Job Description:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Facebook content ecosystem, including content types, user behavior, and platform trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with Facebook KOLs, including both macro-influencers and nano-influencers.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive KOL database, including key profiles and segmentation by type and niche.
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing strategies, focusing on hero products and KOL activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends to ensure content and campaigns remain relevant and competitive.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to brief KOLs, align campaigns, and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is generally required.
  • Has 1 to 3 years of experience in Facebook marketing or social media marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Proven experience in KOL marketing (searching, listing, briefing, and managing influencer relationships).
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and execute quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with KOLs and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven with a passion for growth marketing.
  • Amenable to fully work onsite in BGC office.
