Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Innovation team, who will lead high-impact AI+Software Development projects from concept to execution with precision, urgency, and ownership.

Project Ownership & Delivery

  • Translate high-level business problems into well-scoped project goals and timelines
  • Drive seamless execution across teams, ensuring timely delivery and accountability
  • Take full ownership of outcomes, escalating roadblocks while staying laser-focused on results

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Facilitate communication flow, manage expectations, and lead by influence
  • Own project documentation, from tracking updates to executive-level reporting

Agility & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and adapt to changes in scope, schedule, and resources
  • Track performance metrics to ensure success and impact
  • Identify process gaps and propose actionable improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Expertise: Skilled in Agile, Scrum, or other PM frameworks and tools

Additional Information

Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Schedule: 8am to 5pm

Location: One World Place , 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig City

Employment Type: Full-time + Permanent
