JMKeim Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Industrial-Organizational Psychologist Part‑Time | Remote | Project‑Based | Future Growth Opportunity Power Values™ is a next‑generation coaching and leadership platform designed to help individuals and organizations align their decisions, relationships, and performance around what matters most — their values. We’re at an exciting stage of growth and seeking an Industrial‑Organizational Psychologist to help us bridge the worlds of human performance, data, and leadership development. You’ll collaborate directly with me, Jonathan Keim, Founder and author of Power Values: Design a Life Around What Matters Most , to help shape the next evolution of our corporate dashboard — a system that visualizes alignment, engagement, and cultural health within organizations. In this early stage, you’ll also play a key role in constructing the initial assessment surveys our client companies will receive — helping us ensure the questions are psychometrically sound, organizationally relevant, and capable of producing meaningful insights that leaders can act on. What You’ll Do Consult on the design of our Corporate Dashboard and related psychometric measures. Advise on integrating valid, ethical, and evidence‑based frameworks from organizational psychology into our assessments and leadership training. Help us connect qualitative values data to quantifiable organizational metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, performance). Provide thought partnership on future research directions and validation studies. You Might Be a Fit If You… Have an advanced degree in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Are fluent in both the human and data sides of culture — you think in systems, not silos. Enjoy helping early‑stage founders translate insight into practical models and tools. Have experience (or curiosity) around coaching, leadership development, or psychometrics. Value authenticity, purpose, and growth as much as performance. Engagement Details This is not a full‑time position — I’m bootstrapping Power Values and seeking project‑based or hourly consulting as we prototype and validate our dashboard. There’s potential for expanded collaboration and a formal role once we secure corporate clients.
