Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collation and documentation related to building vendors.
  • Monitor building operations and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with scope of work.
  • Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programs for building equipment.
  • Address tenant requests and concerns promptly.
  • Develop systems for property and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure health and safety equipment is functional and maintained.
  • Record all accidents or incidents within the property.
  • Provide 24x7 technical support to ensure continuous tenant operations.
  • Maintain compliance with governmental permits and licenses, ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • Ensure all documents are ISO compliant.
  • Assist in evaluating technician performance and managing expenses to optimize OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Monitor utility consumption and ensure readings are submitted timely.
  • Provide technical input for tenant fit-out construction and design guidelines.
  • Evaluate tenant construction plans and ensure timely approval.
  • Ensure renovation activities comply with required permits.
  • Suggest process improvements for better service delivery.
  • Conduct regular tenant fit-out inspections and monitor compliance.
  • Participate in company activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License (Passed Board Exam).

Desired Skills:

  • Technical proficiency.
  • Leadership capability, especially in leading technician teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year experience in property management, preferably in office and residential buildings.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, six days a week.
  • On-site work availability.
